hi everyone i have a question and i cant seem to find my Bentley manual
for my t-III here it is

how do i go about taking front seats out of a 69 fastback any help would
be great. i need them taken out so i can have the car repainted because
the guy (i guess you could call him that) decided to go with the cheap
paint and while doing some minor work to my body i notice that i could
peal the paint off with my fingers once i got it started this is not a
good thing any way thanks for the input
