After some recent posts on seats, thought I'd add some info. Just cleaned and re-installed the seats on my bus (aacckkk, not T3!) Oh well. After cleaning, I lubricated the seat tracks with spray grease. Found at motorcycle shops as a chain lube. Sprays on thin and can get into those inaccessible areas. Allow to dry to a thick sticky grease, re-assemble. Mask off areas you don't want greased with newspaper or something. This stuff is great for the mechanical portions of latch mechanisms (not the key part though) - Jeff '67 Sqbk & yes a '80 Westi too, well actually 2 of them
