Could someone please tell me the FI type (D-jetronic?).  I may have info.

An uneven idle is usually indicative of a vacuum leak.  Be sure to check
the big air distributor hoses in the man intake manifold.  Also, be sure
to check, clean and adjust the throttle valve.
