Re: T3 parts book & a bit of trivia.

Yevgheny,

I am looking at the parts book at your needed popout screws (possibly).

The parts book list DOES state pitch and length of the various screws
for the popout window. BUT, the parts formula will not help you.
Screws normally do not follow the parts formula rule.

In my parts book, the parts are in illustration #46.

There are a number of part numbers that it could be, I'll need more info
on what exactly you need. Logically you were going on the right path,

yes

got it

oops. popouts are 47

off, but by this time it's too late (Just kidding).

Screws usually start with an "N", I have never seen (or looked) for a
formula for guessing part numbers for screws. (Jim probably does
though.)

If your looking for the screw that holds the metal frame together around
the popout glass here's what the book says:

N 10 905 1 Screw, csk. hd. AM 3.5 x 5
             to Ch. No. 112 202 16 311-314

TRANSLATION: all.

See why it's good to have an original?

(Toby, see what I mean about the model numbers? !?@%$#&$*)

******** OK, Trivia, how many pieces of weatherstrip are on one T-3
popout window? ******

I hope this info helps you, Yevgheny,
if this is not the part you need let me know, we'll try again.
