T3 list/web server status

Hi Shawn & everybody on the T3 list,

	my account that holds the T3 web site & from where I do the T3 list
sub/unsub is *still* having problems; many apologies.  If you're interested
in the status of the problem, have a look at
http://kiosk.itd.umich.edu/Service_Status/ for updates.

	I will take care of the pending sub/unsub requests first thing
after the server is back up!
