What a really winderful story! Unfortunately, you've now given away
your age. ;-)

I had a customer a few years ago who was in his thirties, but could
remember sleeping stretched out on the back seat of his parents' 73.
He was still driving the car every day. It needed some work, but we
managed to do all of it and I hope it is still running nicely to this
day. I don't really know, however, as he moved back to southern
California. He did write to say that it made that trip just fine.
