Re[2]: Unleaded??


Due to the number of vehicles still on the road that require leaded fuel 
the fuel companies still have a market (if you're talking '87).  As time 
marches on the demand becomes less, of course, but the key word is time.

Bill..
     I remember when New York outlawed Leaded gas in 87 that the story on the
news said that the US would be lead free in 2 years.  But think a minute..
no car with a catalytic converter can use it which means in the US
no car newer than 1974 can use it so why would anyone sell it??  so
few people could use it that it wouldn't be profitable to sell it except maybe 
at a racetrack and at a very high price.
