Rear Seat Belts

I'm not really sure, but I think they should be there.  If they are not 
exposed, and plugged with a plastic plug, then you should still be able to 
feel them throught the vinyl.  They should be in the "C" pillar, and a long 
straight pin might be useful to poke through the vinyl and help verify the 
hole in the body before you cut the vinyl.  VW seemed to only expose those 
mounting points sporatically; I have had several cars where the holes were 
covered over in vinyl on one side and had the plastic plug installed on the 
other side.
